HostPapa acquires Canada-based web hosting company Korax


Canadian web hosting and cloud service provider HostPapa acquired another Canadian web hosting company, Korax Inc. Korax is a privately held Canadian company that has been operating since 1997 Web hosting and email services to small and medium-sized businesses across Canada.

HostPapa, based in Burlington, Ontario, Canada, is a web hosting and cloud service provider founded in 2006 for SMBs around the world.

Korax customers would receive an upgrade to HostPapa’s “State of the Art” based in Canada Data center. This upgrade also gives customers access to the company’s full portfolio of cloud-based tools for business growth. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
